Each card includes an abstract painting expressing one energy quality and two healing and inspiration sentences taken from the theta-healing technique, which help to strengthen this energy quality.
The cards are designed for therapists, counselors, and people who enjoy using fun methods to strengthen the connection with the here and now and with the positive qualities hidden in our being.
In my work as a therapist and group facilitator, it is amazing how many times I hear the sentence: “I cannot believe how the card I picked at random said exactly what I needed at that moment.”
Like the Tarot and other methods, it’s hard to explain exactly how it works. One can only say: “Everything is one and everything is connected and there is no coincidence.”
When we are open to inspiration and when we are in good faith, what we need comes to us – no matter what method we use.

In the meantime, you are welcome to try the cards on the site – on the Energy Cards Board page – where you can mix the package and select a card randomly.
