My life story, from time to time, included some crises and difficulties, and it took me time to understand why, how and what to do with all this. The stages I underwent in my coping, the tools and the help I received, and the knowledge and experience I accumulated helped me to understand that I had a mission in life.
I understood that everything that had happened to me had happened for some reason, and I found meaning in it. I decided that I was devoting the rest of my life to helping people, in their private life and at work, to cope with the crises of their lives, and to emerge from them strengthened and happy.
The "pits" in which I stayed occasionally in my life helped me to find the strength in me and to mobilize my resilience, in order to emerge from the pit, develop and grow. I discovered that I have a natural gift: I have the strength to accompany people in difficult situations, "to sit with them in their pit" , to keep the hope for them and to help them manifest the strength and tools that will help them build and grow.
I have built models and workshops that include concepts and techniques that enable us to make the growth journey easier and simpler, and most importantly – together and not alone.
Crisis is a difficult time in our lives, and sometimes brings with it shaking and desperate experiences. It is precisely the shaking and the break, that bring with them an opportunity to motivate change. By finding our strengths and forces, and by acquiring techniques to strengthen, we can develop and change, so that ultimately a new and satisfying meaning will emerge in our life.
