Life is full of tasks and missions, and we are experts in the multi-tasking skill, so that at any given moment we are usually busy with more than one thing, trying to do endless juggling between all the demands of life, and finally feeling frustrated that we did not manage to do everything exactly as we wanted. This way of life brings with it a great deal of tension and burnout, which is expressed in various somatic phenomena, in changing moods, and many times we pay the price by harming the most important relationships in our lives.
What can we do? go back to basic. Research shows that people who know how to focus on the task they are engaged in here and now, and are not bothered by other things, are happier and healthier. Being able to be attentive and connected with the present moment, increases our presence in life and sharpens our senses. To develop this “muscle” of attentiveness, I use various techniques to create presence and attention to the here and now. You are invited to listen and use the recordings I prepared for you in this site, which help create balance and better regulation and help us cope better with our stress and burnout.
