Our body requires movement to develop, physical movement allows us to develop physically and mentally. From the moment we are born we activate our body and thus develop and grow.
Unfortunately, as adults our physical activity decreases and we find all the reasons in the world to move as little as possible (yes, I can also write a book of excuses why I cannot go out for walking now …) In group work the movement enables non-verbal interpersonal communication, Communication and relationships with ourselves and others.
In the groups and workshops I facilitate, I use music and movement to release out body and mind, such as: chi gong, NIA and guided movement.
