A proven method for healing traumas and crises, developed by Peter Levin. Following his observation of animal behavior in nature, He discovered that natural mechanisms must be used in the body to release traumas and stress, to strengthen resilience. For example: a deer escaping from a tiger chasing her and posing a threat to her life, as soon as she manages to escape from it and reach a safe place, she stands and trembles for a few minutes. This action allows her to discharge the tension from the threat and return to normal functioning. This is the basis for this healing method. The nervous system in the body comes out of balance as a result of a traumatic event that we have experienced, and we need to restore it to regulation and balance so that we can function optimally.

The SE enables the patient to release the pent-up trauma in body and mind by using the imagination combined with the felt sense in the body. Because the body remembers everything, even if we do not remember the difficult case, it is possible to heal the trauma and release the tension, using the body sensations.
