I am a great believer in transforming knowledge to a useful and practical tool in our lives, and that meaningful learning is one that includes experience and practice, so that the learning is embodied in our body and mind (and spirit, of course).
That is why I decided to record some of the exercises I regularly teach in the personal treatments and workshops I facilitate, so you can use them regularly or when you need to. It is important to warn in advance that frequent and regular use of these exercises may make you feel healthier and happier in your life.
You have been warned!
Now all you have to do is take a few minutes for yourself (the exercises are very short), find a comfortable and quiet place to sit in, and play the recording. For each exercise, I listed in which situations it is especially helpful, so that you can decide what is right for you at any given time.
A special request – remove judgment and self-criticism, release the need to always be excellent in everything you do and just let what happens be. Even if you lose concentration while you exercise or fall asleep, it does not matter, the practice helps anyway, and you can always go back and listen to my voice, which is like a permanent anchor for you in practice.
