HA – having the opportunity to let go
Every new process begins with letting go of the past, releasing, cleaning up something we no longer need, which hinders us from moving forward. For example: basic beliefs /thoughts that we have subconsciously and block our progress, pain and wounds (physical and emotional alike), unresolved relationships (with people who live or no longer live), self-criticism, fears and anxieties, Self-pity and blame, low self-esteem, harsh emotions that did not express them (shame, guilt, anger, insult), losses that we did not process.
PP – power and positive
The 1st phase of letting go, allows us to make room for new things. This phase focuses on the positive forces and powers we need in order to grow. We get the opportunity to fill ourselves with thoughts / feelings / senses / good energies and believes, heal wounds and pain, feel lightness and joy, full of power and positive energies. These are crucial for our development and growth.
In – Inside
The liberation allows us to peel off unnecessary layers, to find our authentic layer, and the power and positive phase filled us with good energies, so now we can connect to our true essence, Find again our passion for life, our inner spark, intuition, and natural strengths. When we connect to this spark, we actually connect to the mechanism of our desire, to what triggers and drives us, and then it is easier for us to find answers to the dilemmas and conflicts in our lives. For example: Can I find passion in my professional field? How do I want to see my relationship? What do I want to do in my spare time?
Ess – The essence
Sometimes in the course of life we continue to do the same things, to manage our relationships in the same way, simply because we have become accustomed or because we feel comfortable but not always because that is what makes us happy. It is time to ask ourselves what our dreams are, what will make us happy, and do everything to fulfill them. Happiness is the essence of our existence; we should choose to live life with joy.
Working according to the HAPPINESS model can be done individually or in a group (one-time workshop or a process group)
