Many times, we encounter situations in life that create a terrible sense of loss of direction and despair, because coping with them involves an emotional, physical and economic burden, along with the need for information that is naturally not shared by most people. This coping is facilitated by the support groups, which provide participants with the opportunity to help themselves and others in their similar situation.
What is a support group?
A defined framework in which people meet because of a similar life situation, to deal with the challenges and the problems that accompany it. The main interest of a support group is in the content raised by the members of the group and in alleviating the distress. The members of the group support each other by sharing their experiences, information and knowledge. In the support group participants are aware that they are not alone and their feelings are legitimized. All of these enable a strengthening, an improvement in the ability to cope, and relief of the mental and emotional distress experienced daily by members of the group. The facilitator of the group is a professional who accompanies the participants for a defines period of time.
One of the tools that help with the healing process and group support is the use of Theta-Healing. The facilitator enables all group participants to identify and release beliefs that inhibit them and replace them with advance and beneficial beliefs, and together, as a group, undergo a powerful and purifying energy healing process.
It is known that thought creates reality, and the more we practice as a group of positive thoughts and summon ourselves a reality of abundance and success, the more we will be able to live a full and happy life. Working in the group enables the participants to receive an experience of unconditional love and support that allows them to grow the best way they can.
